The label station's servo motor, sourced from a reputable manufacturer, is a 750W high-power, high-torque, low-inertia imported servo motor that achieves closed-loop control to meet the requirements for high-speed and high-precision label positioning.

The pressure between the label station's active shaft and the pressing roller is adjustable, allowing the label paper to move in any direction, rather than the common elastic clamping method where the label is left to run freely. The segmented clutch ensures more balanced tension. The rewinding mechanism uses a dual-pressing roller structure to ensure the label is taut while avoiding breakage caused by damage to the backing paper from die-cutting.

The label undergoes multiple processes, including being flattened by a scraper, pressed by a non-powered sponge roller, and squeezed by a powered sponge roller, to complete the labeling process without any bubbles, making it particularly suitable for applying transparent labels to frosted bottles.

The control system uses a Siemens PLC from Germany, which is reliable and stable. The operator interface is a mainstream brand large-screen touch screen that is intuitive, simple, and easy to use.

The interface is available in both Chinese and English and features functions such as automatic machine shutdown in case of failure, automatic alarm diagnosis, infinitely variable production rate setting, production counting, and alarm history record query. The intelligent and simple interface allows operators to use it after minimal training.

The machine body is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the structural components are made of LY12 anodized aluminum alloy.

A rolling or three-roller mechanism can be added to achieve automatic full-circumference labeling for square and round bottles.
