The XWX series fully automatic external bucket washing machine features our independently designed and original inline washing process. It is mainly composed of frame, access doors, washing mechanism, transmission mechanism, circulating water tank, washing water pump and control system. The machine delivers all-round brushing and cleaning for buckets, making it an optimal choice for barreled water manufacturers.

 

Cleaning is realized by relative movement between 5-gallon buckets and brushes. It thoroughly cleans the neck, body and bottom of buckets without dead corners, and is suitable for both flat-bottom and concave-bottom buckets.

 

Equipped with circulating water tank, water pump, double-layer filter mesh, overload protection, liquid level control and tempered glass doors and windows. The alkaline solution heating washing function is also available as an option.

 

The whole machine is made of high-quality stainless steel for good corrosion resistance and easy maintenance. Its control system adopts renowned international brands: Mitsubishi PLC and Siemens AC contactors. Featuring elegant appearance, compact structure, high efficiency, stable operation and high automation, it is an ideal supporting device for fully automatic barreled water production lines.

Buckets are delivered by the conveyor chain to the inlet rollers, and then pushed by the bucket shifting rollers on the main transmission to pass through the brush sets in sequence. Driven by rotating main and auxiliary brushes, the buckets spin automatically. The brush speed is adjustable to ensure thorough cleaning of the outer surface, while the bottom brush cleans the bucket base simultaneously.
