The labeling system is connected to the production line via a rotary encoder. Equipped with a self-learning function, the system can automatically measure the dimensions of products and labels. Supported by high-speed CPU operation, it ensures the centerline of labels is perfectly aligned with that of products.

Benefiting from the tracking function of the rotary encoder, the labeling action is not affected by operating speed. It eliminates the impact of voltage fluctuation, system damping change and other factors on labeling accuracy.

REYO labeling machine is the only model globally adopting dual pressure roller active label feeding structure. IV. Performance Features of the Machine
Dual Human-Machine Interface

Both main and auxiliary touch screens adopt Schneider products. The two screens are interlocked to control the equipment synchronously. The movable auxiliary touch screen enables convenient on-site commissioning, saving operators’ walking time and improving commissioning efficiency.
Frame & Exterior

The load-bearing frame is made of high-quality carbon steel with anti-rust paint coating for long service life. All other mechanical parts and exterior components are manufactured from 304 stainless steel.
Independent Electrical Cabinet

Waterproof, moisture-proof and dust-proof design. Equipped with an independent air conditioning cooling system to adapt to various working environments and protect electrical components. Fitted with three-color status indicator lights (Red: Alarm; Yellow: Standby; Green: Normal Operation), visible from all four sides of the equipment.
Labeling Station

- Supported by 3 vertical poles with 8-dimensional space adjustment design; tool-free operation for easy adjustment.
- Unwinding structure with 3-stage tension springs and multi-buffer clutch. Servo motor driven roller combined with dual pressure rollers for label feeding. Mechanical buffers and independent servo motor work together for base paper rewinding. Labels remain taut all the time for stable photoelectric detection. Label feeding accuracy: ±0.2mm, maximum speed: 60m/min. Uniform label tension and stable operation effectively avoid label breakage at high running speed.
- Air bag tensioning structure: Tool-free operation, simple and fast, reducing time for label replacement and base paper cleaning.
Independent Cylinder Label Pressing Mechanism

- Sturdy 3-vertical-pole structure with 6-dimensional space adjustment. Controlled by independent cylinders and interlocked with labeling stations.
- Replaceable pressing parts for different labeling demands on round and square bottles: Curved pressing plate and scraper.
Screwless Bottle Infeed Mechanism

- Customized design matching round bottles in 1:1 ratio. Rollers are embedded in star wheels and central guide plates to reduce friction and prevent bottle surface scratches. The star wheel is fitted with an overload protection device: it will trigger alarm and automatic shutdown once bottle jamming or external abnormal force occurs for safety protection. After troubleshooting, reset the star wheel to resume normal operation.
- Cylinder bottle stop device: Interlocking photoelectric sensors are installed 3 meters at the front and rear of the bottle inlet & outlet to monitor material supply on the production line. The cylinder will automatically stop bottle feeding if material shortage or bottle jamming is detected, no manual operation required.
- Modular structure for quick assembly and disassembly.
Servo Screw Bottle Infeed Mechanism

- Self-lubricating material adopted. Dual-screw bottle separating structure customized in 1:1 ratio according to product features. Rollers are embedded at all contact positions of limit baffles, central guide plates and star wheels to minimize friction, ensuring smooth bottle conveying and avoiding scratches.
- Screws are driven by independent servo motors. Direct connection with reducer eliminates transmission clearance, enables faster zero point calibration, increases output torque and reduces wear parts.
Bottle Pressing Mechanism:
Adopts a three-stage tension spring structure, which ensures vertical up-and-down movement, uniform force application on products and high stability. The electric lifting adjustment saves labor and time.
Quick-Release Bottom Mold
- Quick assembly & disassembly structure to shorten replacement time. After initial calibration, reassembly for subsequent production requires no re-calibration.
- Mechanical positioning for labeling: The bottom mold with mechanical positioning pins rotates 3 circles to locate the positioning groove on bottles, realizing high-precision fixed-point labeling.

Workbench & Lubrication System

- 30mm thick workbench and bearing housings are integrally machined from SUS304 stainless steel without welding. Overhead locking installation adopted for excellent waterproof, anti-rust performance, neat appearance and high durability.
- Imported central automatic lubrication system from South Korea. When power and air supply are connected, the system automatically injects lubricant to all moving parts per preset parameters for routine maintenance, extending the service life of the whole equipment.
