Fully Enclosed Crawler Capping Machine
1. Working Principle
Bottles with pre-placed caps enter the crawler capping machine along with the conveyor chain plate. The linear speed of the conveyor chain plate is consistent with that of the capping crawler, and the crawler maintains a certain angle with the conveyor chain plate. Using the slope capping principle, the cap is pressed into the bottle mouth. The capping pressure increases gradually during the process, finally achieving a tight seal between the cap and the bottle, after which the bottle leaves the capping crawler.

Equipment Features & Performance
(1) The whole machine enclosure is made of 2.5mm thick 304 stainless steel, with blue stainless steel columns for a more elegant appearance. The flat-open protective doors are embedded with 5mm thick plexiglass, which retains its transparency after cleaning, presenting a beautiful and exquisite look while ensuring operator and machine safety.
(2) Adopts an enlarged single-cantilever design for superior stability. To accommodate bottles of various heights, the capping crawler head can be automatically lifted and lowered with one button, enabling quick and easy height adjustment.
(3) The capping head is fixed by a lifting main shaft and 4 support shafts equipped with buffer springs, ensuring stable and vibration-free capping. This design also protects the capping head from damage, balances the capping pressure, and prevents bottles from tipping or tilting.
(4) The capping crawler replaces the traditional steel chain plate or film-coated chain plate capping method with a high-wear-resistant rubber toothed synchronous belt, which is non-slip, durable and will not scratch or damage bottle caps.
(5) Stepless speed regulation via frequency converter allows flexible adjustment according to different production capacity requirements, facilitating quick production changeovers.
