Equipment Introduction
The JF-SF series of servo control automatic packaging machine is a new generation of automatic packaging machine developed by my company using the most advanced servo control technology. The JX-SF series packaging machine has passed the EU CE certification and is exported to customers all over the world.
Drive and Control Core:
By integrating a servo motor, programmable controller, and a large color LCD touch screen as the drive and control core, the machine significantly enhances control precision, speed range, reliability, and intelligence. The locking of parameters such as bag forming and cutting length, as well as sealing temperature, is more accurate.
Servo Motor Drive:
The servo motor drive enables the packaging machine to perform material feeding, film delivery, vertical sealing, horizontal sealing, and output. This simplifies the traditional mechanical system by eliminating the need for components such as stepless gearboxes, differential cases, and tracking motors. As a result, the operation is more stable and reliable, significantly reducing mechanical noise and machine failure rates.
