Gantry palletizing machine (manual palletizing）

This machine is fully automatically controlled. It features manual loading and unloading of pallets, automatic bucket feeding, automatic bucket grasping and stacking, manual placement of partitions, and manual stacking. During production, a manual pallet is taken and placed at the designated conveying position. Large barrels of water are bagged and then conveyed by the conveyor. Through a pneumatic mechanism, they are arranged in a row (4 barrels per row, customizable as per customer). The buck-grabbing mechanism picks up the large barrels of water and places them on the pallet. After stacking one layer, a manual partition is taken and placed on the stack, and the second layer is stacked again. After stacking one stack, it is automatically removed from the stack (lifted by a forklift), then placed on the pallet - packed in barrels - and the partition board is taken out... Repeat the stacking operation. Single-person operation, simple and easy to maintain.
