Glass Bottle Carbonated Beverage Filling System

1.Product use and application: This machine is developed base on the introduction of foreign technology and our company's many years of production experience. The machine integrates functions of washing, filling and capping, with scientific and reasonable design and beautiful appearance. It is easy on operation and maintenance, with high degree of automation. This machine is mainly used for bottle filling of carbonated beverage (soda water, soda water). It can be applied to pure water, mineral water filling after only replacing a small number of parts.
2. Equipment Composition
2.1 The machine is divided into seven main parts:

3. Structural features
3.1 Frequency conversion drive system, gearbox open drive combination;
3.2 Filling valve adopts high precision spring type mechanical filling valve;
3.3 Adopt cylinder lifting device;
3.4 The bottom workbench adopts cleaning structure;

4. Technical features
4.1 The whole machine adopts the bottleneck clamping conveying structure, which reduces the equipment requirements from bottle shape error to the greatest extent, so that the whole line runs more reliably.
4.2 The bottle clamp for bottle flushing adopts stainless steel spring press-in structure, which has the characteristics of accurate opening and closing time and firm clamping. The stainless steel bottle clamp is held without contact with the bottle mouth to avoid secondary contamination of the bottle mouth.Water dispenser adopts independent jet structure to ensure there is non-interference between the adjacent jet pipes;
4.3 The filling machine adopts the structure of giant rotary bearing to make the machine run more smoothly. Filling adopts the principle of constant pressure filling, which makes the filling speed fast and the liquid level control accurate. The machine has the characteristics of no bottle and no filling. Filling valve adopts high-precision spring type mechanical filling valve, which has the characteristics of fast filling speed and high precision of liquid level control. There is bottle body protection device in bottle in and out positions of the filling machine to ensure the stability of the bottle in and out from the maximum extent;
4.4 To realize filling of different sizes of bottles, user only need to adjust height of several parts slightly and change some molds;
4.5 The cap organizer adopts horizontal rotary pneumatic cap organizer. It has the function of not damaging the cap surface and automatically filling the cap when there is out of cap in the hopper.
4.6The whole machine adopts centralized lubrication system, which makes equipment maintenance more convenient and fast.
4.7 The machine adopts advanced man-machine interface operation, PLC control, frequency conversion stepless speed regulation and other automatic control technology. It has the functions of not opening the valve without bottle, waiting if lack of bottle, stopping the machine if no cap in the cap chute, etc. Parts in contact with water are made of high quality stainless steel. The main electrical appliances are imported components.
4.8The whole machine adopts the bottle clamping conveying structure, which makes it more convenient and fast to change the bottle type in production, repair or maintenance. To change different bottle types in production, only need to replace the corresponding changes parts.
4.9 The machine adopts frequency conversion stepless speed regulating automatic control technology, centralized lubrication system, so that the equipment repair, maintenance is more convenient.
5. Running: The filled product, compressed gas, and return medium are delivered to the filling equipment through their respective feed and material distribution pipes.Empty bottles are sent to the bottle flushing machine to flush by the bottle feeding conveyor belt through the bottle distributing screw and the bottle in star wheel on the bottle feeding workbench: The bottle clamp on the rotary table of the bottle flushing machine clamp the empty bottle neck, and the guide hand turns the bottle mouth 180° down along the turning track-----bottle flushing-----drain off-----turn the bottle mouth up by 180°, then it is sent through bottle out start wheel, transition star wheel and bottle in filling machine start wheel to the filling machine, and positioned on the center guide bottle clamping plate. Empty bottle is positioned under filling valve through center guide and bottle mouth pre-cover plate, then bottle mouth is pressed with the filling valve. During the lifting process, the detecting device detects whether the lifting cylinder has bottles; If there is a bottle, the filling process begins and the bottle is filled with the drink; If no bottle is available, the corresponding valve remains closed. After filling, the central guide is lowered, the bottle mouth pre-cover plate is lifted, and the bottle after filling is sent to the capping machine through the transmission star wheel of the capping machine table to screw the cap. The bottle after cap screwing is transferred from the bottle out star wheel to the bottle out conveyor belt.
6. Transmission
The main drive adopts stepless frequency conversion reduction motor drive.
