Product Properties
This product is an oil-free granulated lecithin product, manufactured from powdered lecithin as raw material through a unique granulation process.
With a total phospholipid content of no less than 97%, it presents as yellow to brown granules with the inherent aroma of soybean or sunflower seed. The product is readily dispersible in water; it is insoluble in acetone, soluble in diethyl ether and n-hexane, and partially soluble in organic solvents including ethanol.

Product Features
