4 servo motors for feeding containers

• In order to protect the container from extrusion and wear and to facilitate the manufacturing of light bottles and irregularly shaped bottles, the servo motor is adjusted and protected in a flexible manner during equipment feeding pressure.
• Numerous product standards provide for greater flexibility and adaptability.

Bottle divider with two guide rails

• Low top can/bottle phenomena, precise bottle splitting, and no bottle dividing rotation of the bottle dividing finger.
• It is not necessary to disassemble the entire bottle finger bracket when changing the type of bottle or performing maintenance; the bottle dividing finger can be removed by simply loosening two screws.

Anti-bottle jamming device

• The slider in the picture will immediately release upward to prevent the bottle capturing rod from falling and causing damage to the product when the bottle jamming phenomena happens while the equipment is in use, cutting down equipment fault clearing and maintenance.
• Once troubleshooting is complete, the slider in the image moves the cylinder to reset.

Spraying with both cold and hot glue simultaneously

• Hot melt glue volume is automatically detected, and there will be no glue leakage. Spraying volume size and location are precisely controlled, and the length of the glue spray may be altered to suit individual demands.
• The glue spraying nozzle is in close proximity to the bottle and can effectively save time: the closing and glue spraying directions are the same, reducing glue spraying cycle time.

Automated packing division insertion

• A 6-axis robot module and top-mounted configuration that maximizes manufacturing site utilization, with automated grabbing and insertion of partitions.
• Using different partition insertion techniques, one or two compartments can be added at once at a speed of 35 to 80 packs per minute.

Cardboard pre-distribution mechanism

• High friction coefficient pulleys and belts are used in the dispensing mechanism, and photoelectric synchronization of the dispensing mechanism ensures very long service life and dependability even at high throughput.
• To prevent cardboard from sticking together owing to prolonged stacking under pressure, humidity, etc., pre-rolling and pre-separating cardboard sticks before they enter the machine is recommended.

Automatic centralized lubrication system

• All moving chains are automatically lubricated with oil to reduce maintenance costs, equipment failure risks, and energy consumption.
