The HWJ series noodle mixer is a new type of low-noise dough mixing equipment independently R&D and produced by our company. This series of models adopts WPA-type high-quality wear-resistant reducers, double-row chain transmission, and automatic chain tension adjustment, ensuring safe, efficient, and stable operation.
According to actual production needs, this series of noodle mixers is equipped with three types of mixers: "T" type, "J" type, and "H" type. In terms of switch forms, it can be divided into Type A and Type B:
- Type A is equipped with start/emergency stop buttons and a lid-closing stop function, featuring high safety;
- Type B uses a side-mounted reverse switch, and dough mixing can be performed in forward or reverse directions as marked, which helps extend the service life of the machine.
This series of products can meet the needs of most noodle processing scenarios, and is widely used in canteens, restaurants, supermarkets, and other food processing units. It replaces manual operations, reduces labor intensity, meets people’s dietary hygiene requirements, and is an ideal equipment for noodle processing.
Three types of mixers are available

- J-type: U-shaped mixing shaft
- T-type: Elliptical mixing shaft
