Product Structure
- The pump consists of pump body, impeller, shaft, frame and motor. Compact‑structured and easy to move.
- Inside the pump body is a gas‑water separation chamber connected to the water‑storage chamber and the back‑flow valve. During self‑priming, the back‑flow valve opens automatically. The reflux housing is fitted with impeller‑matched conical nozzles to improve self‑priming speed.
- Rubber valve sheets are installed between water‑inlet joint and pump body. They close automatically upon shutdown to retain liquid inside the pump for next‑time self‑priming.
- A drain port is set at the lower‑part inlet. Open the drain‑port cap to fully drain residual liquid inside the pump.
- Rubber sealing rings are applied at outlet and inlet ports. Mechanical shaft seal is adopted for shaft sealing.

The sanitary self‑priming pump features compact layout, nice appearance, light weight and easy operation.
Wetted parts are manufactured from SUS304 / SUS316 stainless steel by cold machining, offering good corrosion resistance against acid, alkali and salt solutions.
It transfers wine, water, milk, vinegar, edible vegetable oil and other media. As a single‑way self‑priming pump, it does not require repeated liquid filling for intermittent delivery.
Widely used in dairy, food & beverage, beer, chemical, pharmaceutical and textile industries; can work in conjunction with filter equipment.
