The JY-F1500 rotary hot melt adhesive labeling machine can complete production by labeling either full bottles or empty bottles. The equipment is highly flexible and can meet the most complex production line requirements. 

At the bottle feeding direction, the operation speed of the equipment (low, medium, high, stop) is automatically controlled through the detection points set on the conveyor chain. The bottles are conveyed to the rotary mechanism by the screw. After the equipment receives the bottle feeding signal fed back by the detection device, it starts to operate automatically. The labels pass through the deviation correction device and enter the label cutting wheel, where they are cut to the specified length. The cut labels are adsorbed on the label applying wheel by vacuum. The rotating label cutting wheel passes over the glue roller and attaches the labels with hot melt adhesive at both ends to the bottles on the main rotary table. The bottles with labels pass through the label smoothing device to smooth the labels, and the labeling process is completed. 

At the same time, the operation speed of the equipment (whether to stop or run) is controlled through the detection points set on the bottle discharge chain path.
