15th International Trade Fair For Bakery, Patisserie Machinery, Ice Cream, Chocolate and Technologies

IBAKTECH is Turkey's largest and only baking and confectionery equipment and technology exhibition. The exhibition was promoted through extensive advertising in magazines, newspapers, radio, and other media, as well as large outdoor billboards in and around the city.

The last IBAKTECH exhibition covered a total area of ​​45,000 square meters, with 630 exhibitors from China, Japan, South Korea, the United States, Spain, Brazil, Dubai, Indonesia, India, Canada, Singapore, and Russia, and a total of 58,900 visitors.

The IBAKTECH exhibition also featured conferences, seminars, and tastings, achieving unprecedented scale. IBATECH is the premier trade platform for the Chinese baking, confectionery, and coffee industry to enter Turkey and the Eurasian continent.
