For many years, in order to meet market demands, our company has successfully developed a fully automatic continuous steam peeling production line after years of research and development in combination with Dutch technology. The machine uses high-temperature and high-pressure fission technology. High-pressure steam rapidly heats the materials, and the peeling is achieved instantly through a burst effect. The peeling cycle is controlled within 45 to 60 seconds, which can effectively control the loss of raw materials and instantly cook the surface layer to a depth of 1 to 2 mm. It solves the common weak link of peeling irregularly shaped materials. The steam peeling technology is the fastest, most efficient, and energy-saving method for peeling fruits and root vegetables. The steam peeler not only has the fastest peeling speed but also boasts unparalleled energy utilization efficiency. Through technological upgrades, the excess space inside the peeling chamber has been effectively reduced, enhancing the efficiency of heat transfer from steam to the product surface. This, in turn, reduces the total amount of steam needed in the pressure vessel, thereby achieving energy savings.

The production line consists of several components, including material lifting and feeding, fission peeling, product discharge and conveying, dry skin separation, polishing and cleaning, peeling scanning, clean water washing, and air drying and water removal. It is designed for large-scale agricultural product processing lines, improving efficiency and saving labor. The steam peeling technology is suitable for a wide variety of root vegetables, such as potatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes, red beets, taro, yams, celery, turnips, pumpkins, tomatoes, peppers, and eggplants. It is also applicable to various fruits, including apples, peaches, pears, mangoes, papayas, and avocados.
