KUKA's new KR CYBERTECH series makes a strong comeback with a practical, hands-on design, inheriting the precision technology of Germany. Its high-strength design enhances the impact resistance of industrial robots, significantly improving mechanical stability and maintaining excellent impact resistance even under high-speed operation or high-load conditions. With a repeatability of ±0.03mm, comparable to top industry standards, it meets the demands of high-precision machining. Versatile and adaptable to multiple scenarios—from heavy-duty handling and precision assembly to surface treatment (grinding/polishing/deburring) and laser processing (welding/cutting)—it comprehensively covers general industry, automotive manufacturing, and new energy fields, empowering intelligent manufacturing upgrades with KUKA's core technology.
This series features a compact structure, reducing floor space. The mounting dimensions of the main body base are consistent with KUKA's existing CYBERTECH series, allowing for direct interchangeability. The hollow wrist structure allows for convenient internal wiring, reducing on-site interference risks. With a rated load of 35kg and a repeatability of ±0.03mm, its cycle time meets or exceeds application requirements, demonstrating excellent product performance. The high wrist rotational inertia also significantly enhances the robot's load-bearing capacity. It is primarily used in general industries such as photovoltaics, electronics, automotive parts, home appliances, and logistics, involving typical scenarios such as material handling, assembly, machine tool loading and unloading, and grinding.
