The MT series pneumatic diaphragm actuator features a single or multi-spring structure design with axial thrust output. It is characterized by a compact structure, light weight, small volume, and high performance with a long service life. It provides significant output thrust and is designed for use with linear stroke valves like GLOBE control valves to ensure tight sealing.
Working Principle: Pressure converted from electrical signals via a positioner or solenoid valve is input into the diaphragm chamber, acting on the diaphragm to generate thrust and move the output shaft.
The MT actuator offers high versatility and interchangeability; the action mode can be easily reversed on-site by flipping the upper and lower diaphragm chambers. It features a unique internal air supply structure between the positioner and actuator, eliminating external piping for higher reliability and reduced installation space.
