Product Performance
PO-110 is a high-efficiency, compound-formulated concentrated reverse osmosis antiscalant. It delivers excellent antiscaling performance and has a wide application range, providing effective antiscaling and dispersing effects on conventional water quality. It is particularly suitable for preventing scaling caused by the precipitation of carbonates, sulfates, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide and iron oxide. With high antiscaling efficiency, it will not coagulate with residual coagulants or aluminum-rich and iron-rich compounds, nor form coagulants. It prevents scaling in reverse osmosis (RO), nanofiltration (NF) or ultrafiltration (UF) systems without ion exchange pretreatment, thereby improving water production volume and water quality.

Feed water pH can be between 5–10. It can be dosed directly or after dilution. -
Stable Performance
It is an efficient anti-fouling dispersant, effective against scaling caused by carbonates, sulfates, and iron oxide precipitation in membrane separation systems. -
High Efficiency, Low Dosage
Dosage: 2–6 grams per ton of treated water.
Usage Instructions
Dosing Point
To achieve maximum efficiency, the PO-110 antiscalant should be added before the mixer or security filter. When preparing the chemical solution, stir thoroughly for 5-10 minutes. Clean the dosing tank regularly to prevent bacterial growth.
Dosing Quantity
The required dosing quantity is determined by the operating conditions of individual units. An appropriate dosing quantity should be calculated based on conditions such as feed water salinity, temperature, recovery rate, and type of reverse osmosis membrane. The recommended dosing quantity is 0.3-3 ppm.

Dilution
The PO-110 antiscalant is a concentrated solution and needs to be diluted before use. Use RO product water or demineralized water for dilution, with a recommended dilution ratio of 40:1. It can also be diluted 8:1 to convert it into a standard solution, which is then used for further preparation as needed.
Packaging, Storage, Transportation, and Precautions
- Packaging: Packed in plastic barrels, available in 25kg/barrel, 200kg/barrel, or customized packaging according to user requirements.
- Storage: Store in a cool and dry place. The shelf life is 12 months.
- Precautions: Pay attention to labor protection during operation. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water.
