Main machine structure

The upper half of this machine is a tablet pressing room, with a transparent organic glass window structure all around. It is fullyenclosed, dust-free, and has low noise. It can directly and clearly observe the tablet pressing situation and prevent the invasion ofexternaldust, debris, etc. The upper punch rod is equipped with an olland dust ring, while the lower punch rod can break the oil ringeffectively preventing oil stains and black spots from entering the material, ensuring the lubrication of the upper and lowermovements of the punch rod, increasing the service life of the punch rod, and ensuring that the quality of the tablet meets therequirements of cleanliness and hygiene. At the same time, itis equipped with a reasonable vacuum system to eliminate dust. Whenreplacing the pressing materials, as long as four organic glass windows are opened, the pressing chamber is fuly open and can becontacted from all sides.
