Equipment Features

• The filling machine adopts imported negative pressure filling valves for fixed liquid level filling, featuring high filling accuracy and more stable equipment operation.
• The liquid level height can be adjusted freely, with a single-head fine-tuning function available. One-button height adjustment is supported for bottle type change.
• The material cylinder is made of 304 stainless steel with brushed and polished finish. The material cylinder and filling valves support emptying, cleaning and recovery functions. It is especially suitable for filling wine, fruit wine, health wine, soy sauce & vinegar and yellow rice wine, with no dripping or overflow during filling. The filling nozzles are equipped with an anti-foaming function.
• The equipment adopts bottom liquid feeding, which minimizes foam generation inside the material cylinder.
• The equipment is equipped with a built-in negative pressure air extraction tank, and vacuum is generated via a fan or vacuum pump.
