Nonghaha Power-Driven Harrow 1BQ-3.0 has become the preferred soil preparation machine for majority of land managers due to its excellent soil crumbling effect, no damage to soil structure stratification, no harm to soil microorganisms, firm upper layer and loose lower layer, good moisture retention effect, high flatness, and uniform seedling emergence rate after harrowing. The power-driven harrow solves the problem of soil compaction caused by long-term chemical fertilizer use, and has a prominent effect especially on large clods that are not easy to break after deep ploughing. After operation, it can meet agronomic requirements such as "flatness, uniformity, looseness, crumbliness, cleanliness, and moisture retention", providing perfect soil conditions for seedling emergence.

Product Features

  1. The main body is made of 8mm fine-grain high-strength steel, with semi-liquid grease inside to ensure gear lubrication, and the bottom is sealed with an enhanced oil seal for long service life.
  2. Adopts maintenance-free bearings, saving users time and effort.
  3. The bearing block is an integral upper and lower structure, processed by an integral machining center to ensure concentricity and high strength, enhancing torsion resistance.
  4. The spline adopts involute spline with zero-clearance fit to improve rigidity and torsion resistance.
  5. The harrow tines are made of boron steel, with high impact resistance and wear resistance due to the thick section; the 16mm thick shell can be equipped with an optional coating.
  6. Transmission shaft with overload protection reduces the impact of overload on the transmission system.
  7. The integral box and cutter shaft adopt a labyrinth structure to prevent winding of straw and drip irrigation belts.
