For example, it will not fill without bottles, and the filling valve will automatically close when a bottle bursts during gas injection or filling. It also has advanced automatic control technologies such as automatic flushing. It uses a bottle-lifting cylinder and oil-nylon gear transmission, which is quiet and ensures smooth operation of the whole machine. It adopts a magnetic torque capping head to achieve the functions of picking up and capping. The capping torque is infinitely adjustable and has the function of constant torque sealing of plastic caps without damaging the caps, ensuring a tight and reliable seal. The horizontal rotary pneumatic cap aligner has the functions of not damaging the surface of the bottle caps and automatically supplementing caps when there are insufficient caps in the hopper. The whole machine is controlled by a PLC computer program and a human-machine interface touch screen button, featuring automatic control of the liquid level in the filling tank, no filling without bottles, no capping without bottles, and functions such as stopping the machine when the bottle is blocked by the bottle star wheel or when there are insufficient caps in the cap slide.
