DMG Bul l Series air compressor:

Piston Booster:

Screw air compressor host:

The screw air end is a doub le - axial disp lacement compressor

Connecting rod:

All the Connecting rods, cross-head body, and      connecting rod materials are cast steel ZG310-570 with high strength.

Piston components：

Materia l is LY12, It’s a cemented carbide aluminum piston.

Cross head components：

Cross head is for whole, Slip surface covered with Babbitt. Cross pin is the floating cylindrical pin with Surface high frequency quenching hardening treatment.

The cushion valve;

Stainless steel material, Strong corrosion  resistance, and abrasion resistance. Made by DMG  company's proprietary technology, low noise, long operating life, large flow area, litt le resistance, and high efficiency.

High-pressure piston ring；

Seal ing effect: Keep the air-tightness between the piston and cylinder wal l. Control the air leakage to the minimum. Supporting role: Prevent direct contact with the cylinder and support it. service life >6000hours.

The sealing and packing;

Compound packing, sealing reliable, extending service life, reducing piston rod abrasion.

Streamlined 304 stainless stee l tube：

All 304 stainless stee l are food- grade ,corrosion resistance.High temperature resistance, high reliabi lity.

High efficiency water-cooling;

Modu lar, efficient stain less steel heat transfer tube structure, can be achieved not higher than the ambient temperature of 15 ℃ (or ≤ 50 ℃);

Frequency convers ion technology  Permanent magnet synchronous motor and drive (option).:

Stab le start, reduce grid impact, motor start prolong mechanical life. Realize constant pressure gas supp ly and provide users with a stab le gas source. Inverter regu lat ion saves 20% energy consumption.

Human monitoring and control system:

The automatic monitoring system unit operation, the graphical operation interface is more concise and easy to use, and the remote operating system can monitor the operating status and parameter changes in real time to provide customers with better services.
