2. Working Principle
This induction intelligent filling machine adopts an innovative pressure-free bottle feeding via dial wheel and rotary non-contact automatic quantitative filling method.
Clean bottles to be filled are conveyed to the bottle tray by the inlet dial wheel, while the bottle mouth is clamped by the bottle clamp under spring action. As the bottles rotate circularly to the photoelectric switch detection area, the photoelectric switch detects the bottle presence signal and sends it to the PLC. The PLC then issues a valve opening command to the filling valve to start filling. The PLC performs precise capacity calculation, and the visible liquid level drops as the filling volume in the wine bottle increases. When the capacity reaches the accuracy standard, the PLC issues a valve closing command again, completing one quantitative filling cycle at this station. The machine waits for the next filling cycle command and repeats the operation for continuous filling.
3. Equipment Features & Performance
(1) Breaks away from traditional mechanical and measuring cup type filling machines, and is transformed into an intelligent high-end filling machine integrating optics, mechanics, electricity and pneumatics.
(2) Equipped with an industrial dual-core PLC that can perform fast and accurate calculations at a speed of 1000 times per second, achieving precise filling.
(3) The liquid inlet valve adopts a pneumatic valve, fully ensuring the stability of the filling liquid.
(4) Nationally pioneered pipeline filling method: The whole machine has no liquid storage tank, no measuring cup, no dead corners, and no internal parts in the pipelines, only one 50-ring pipe. The liquid storage volume inside the machine is reduced by 90%, with less residual liquid and easier cleaning.
(5) The filling glass cylinder is made of tempered crystal glass, making the entire filling process clearly visible, practical, beautiful and highly valuable for factory visits.
(6) Equipped with a built-in wine recovery device to meet product changeover requirements.

(9) Quick and easy bottle type and capacity adjustment: Simply input capacity parameters via the touch screen. The human-machine interface displays real-time filling product name, capacity, output, qualification rate and other information, and can store a large number of operating parameters for immediate call when changing products, avoiding the tedious long-time adjustment of mechanical valve filling machines.
(10) Anti-foaming function is designed at the filling nozzle to prevent liquid splashing caused by air bubbles in short-neck glass bottles during filling, ensuring no overflow or splashing when filling wines of different alcohol contents.
(11) No rigid impact between bottles and the machine during operation, eliminating bottle breakage. In case of faults such as dial wheel jamming or empty liquid in the filling cylinder/tank, the touch screen will provide intelligent fault alarms for quick troubleshooting. All electrical equipment is installed in a sealed stainless steel box for safety; The rotating parts adopt stepless frequency conversion speed control.
(12) Enclosed flat doors and 304 stainless steel guards with tempered glass observation windows; All plates in contact with liquid are made of 304 stainless steel, and all sealing rings in contact with liquid are made of natural non-toxic silicone (plasticizer-free).
(13) The dial wheel guide plate is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) board with excellent wear resistance; The inlet screw is made of high-quality nylon for crane pulleys produced by Sichuan Engineering Plastics Factory.
