The DPS-EPI series of empty bottle inspection machines. It includes 7A dairy series, 12A personal care series, 13A daily use and dairy series, and 18A general daily chemical series. It can perform 360-degree full-round appearance defect detection on PE and PET material containers produced by extrusion blow molding or stretch blow molding. The inspection machine is equipped with a linear conveying platform and can be conveniently integrated into a single-row conveyor belt after bottle forming or before entering the filling machine. The interior of the inspection machine is arranged with multiple inspection stations, capable of identifying very subtle defect flaws.
