Machine working environment

Environment:
1.The relative humidity of the operating environment of the machine should be less than 50%; The designed working temperature range of the machine is: 5~35C.

2.It is recommended to use it in a constant temperature purification workshop of 20~25°C. If there is no purification workshop, a dehumidification device is required.

 Water:

1.Use purified water or deionized water.

2.Antifreeze is required in cold areas where temperatures fall below freezing.

 Electricity:
1.Power requirements: 380V/50Hz, three-phase five-wire system; Power system can be customized according to the customer's power supply,but this must be mentioned before cap design.
2 . The deviation between the external power supply voltage and the rated voltage should be kept at ±7%.

Compressed air:

1.Air consumption: host: JOBO-24CS 0.6m³/min; Auxiliary machine: 1.4m³/min; (including slitting machine, inspection machine).

2.Compressed air source pressure: 0.6-0.8 MPa, and the fluctuation value shall be less than 0.1 MPa.

3.Purification grade of compressed air pollutants shall conform to: GB/T 13277.1 solid particle grade 1, temperature and liquid water, etc. Grade 4, oil content grade 1. (room temperature, dry, clean air)CREATE VALUES FOR CUSTOMERS 

Chiller:

1.1.1. Air-cooled chiller  

-   must be installed outside the plant of the main machine, kept well ventilated, and the temperature shall be 5~35°C.

-   When installing the air-cooled chiller, keep distance from the surrounding walls at least 1.5 meters, and the top surface at least 2 meters.

1.1.1. Water-cooled chiller

-   When the water-cooled chiller is installed outdoors, it must be protected against sun and rain, and consider anti-freezing measures in winter.

-   When installing the water-cooled chiller, keep the distance from the surrounding walls at least 1 meters, and the top surface at least 1.5 meters.

1.1. Hydraulic station 

1. Oil for hydraulic station: HM-46 (No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil) or ISO VG32 hydraulic oil can be used(CCM hydraulic station need at least 500liters of #46 anti-wear hydraulic oil).

2. Pay attention to the pollution control of hydraulic oil, and do not use hydraulic oil with a pollution degree lower than NAS9.

3. Keep the hydraulic system clean and remove the sludge and metal chips in the oil tank in time.
