Transport the packed product to the matched case machine

Adopt color code tracking device when packing printed film,  for this function,film length can only be a single size.

the finished product after packaging is transported to the case machine.

11. carton stacking

Manually open the box and seal the tape,Stack horizontally in carton hopper

12. Lack of carton alarm

If the last carton left in the hopper, Alarm automatically and just stack the carton in the hopper manually.

13. Cartoning

the packing machine transmits the packed paper cups to the carton layer by layer according to the set quantity, and when the carton is full, the carton is automatically transported to the outlet

14. Carton flip

turn the carton at the outlet 90 degrees, which is convenient for sealing and other operations

15. Safety device: Safety protection device is installed on the equipment.
