Raw Materials: LLDPE (Taiwan Polymer 405) or Hyundai 644 Low-Density Polyethylene (PE)
Characteristic 1: Acid and alkali resistant; please refer to the polyethylene chemical resistance table.
Characteristic 2: Maximum temperature resistance is 70-80 degrees Celsius; freezing resistance is not lower than -30 degrees Celsius.
Characteristic 3: This is a product designed for normal pressure; do not apply positive or negative pressure exceeding normal pressure (1 atmosphere). If stirring is required or the acid/alkali concentration is above 1.2, it is advisable to install a reinforcing sleeve and thicken the container wall. This characteristic is particularly important for containers with a volume exceeding 10,000L.
Characteristic 4: This container is a rotationally molded one-piece product, featuring advantages such as no welding, no seams, non-toxicity, odorless, easy cleaning, and flexible handling.
Notes: Instructions for Use of Interfaces, Piping, and Reinforcing Sleeves
(1) Interfaces or flanges installed on this container before shipment may loosen or even be damaged during transportation. Please check for damage before receiving and installing.
(2) Connections between containers or external pipes must use flexible or U-shaped connections and be supported by brackets. No force should be applied to the pipes and interfaces to prevent damage from the pressure of the liquid filling the container and the weight of the pipes.
(3) After the interfaces and pipes are installed, a water test must be conducted to check for leaks in the container and the connections between the interfaces and pipes.
(4) The interfaces and pipes should be inspected monthly. Any abnormalities should be repaired promptly. (5) Our company’s reinforcing sleeve is made of 250mm and 1.5mm cold-rolled steel plate. Installation should be carried out when the container is not filled with liquid. The tightness should be such that it does not fall off the barrel. During long-distance transportation and handling, the paint surface of the reinforcing sleeve may be damaged. Therefore, it must be repainted after installation to extend its service life. Grease should be applied to the fastening screws and nuts to prevent rust from affecting the strength.
