Product Performance
PX-123 is a dilutable emulsion-type defoamer based on polyether-modified siloxane. Its main components are water-compatible silicone polyethers and silicone greases. A small dosage achieves the long-lasting efficacy of traditional defoamers, and it is suitable for foaming systems of conventional surfactants and polymers. It offers rapid defoaming and foam-suppressing capabilities, exhibits good compatibility with various additives, quickly eliminates foam, and prevents foam regrowth.
Usage Method
- The defoamer can be diluted with thickened water. During dilution, stir at 30–60 rpm for no more than 10 minutes. For detailed dilution methods, consult our company. Adverse effects from incorrect usage are not our responsibility.
- Use a metering pump to add it directly to the foaming system, preferably at easily dispersible points. The recommended initial dosage is 10–1000 ppm per ton of foaming liquid.
- The optimal dosing point, dosage, method, and dilution ratio must be determined by the customer through on-site testing.
Packaging, Storage, Transportation, and Precautions
- Packaging: 25 kg, 50 kg, 200 kg plastic drums, or 1000 kg IBC containers (customizable).
- Storage: Keep sealed in a well-ventilated, dry place away from direct sunlight, at 5℃–40℃.
- Freezing may occur below 0℃. Thaw and stir well; performance remains unaffected.
- Unopened packages stored as recommended have a 12-month shelf life from the production date.
