This machine consists of the following components: electric control box, feed hopper, gearbox, press cage, press screw, bar discharge, cake outlet, front head, frame, oil receiving pan, and optional or self-provided motor and oil filtering system. Its working principle is as follows: as raw materials are continuously pushed by the press screw inside the press chamber, the spatial volume in the press chamber gradually decreases, creating greater squeezing force. This force extracts oil from the oilseeds, which then flows out through the gaps of the bar discharge into the oil receiving pan. The oil is heated to meet filtration requirements, and after subsequent deep filtration, it can be directly barreled for use.
