Sugar water mixing is three-tank type, with three-tank back pressure system, the three tanks have the same pressure, the mechanical proportional valve controls the sugar water mixing ratio, automatic liquid level control and control of SPX pneumatic sanitary T-type valve to control the start and stop of the mixing system
4. The Nanfang high-pressure pump feeds to the Venturi with a diffusion rate of less than 0.25 for dynamic mixing. The small diffusion rate Venturi generates a vacuum during the injection diffusion process to absorb the carbon dioxide , high gas content, stable carbon dioxide integration
5. After dynamic mixing, the material enters the plate and is cooled to 0~2℃ to ensure the stability of the mixed carbon dioxide without precipitation
6. The cooled material enters the finished product tank, and the water film is generated by the guide plate for secondary carbonization. The double mixed gas content can reach 3.8 times the gas content
7. The finished product tank controls the carbon dioxide intake through the British Boliu flow control valve, and the E+H pressure transmitter automatically detects the pressure control diaphragm valve to ensure the stability of the tank pressure. The finished product tank is insulated
8. The outlet of the finished product tank is connected in parallel with the CIP pump to provide sufficient flow of cleaning fluid for the filling machine
