The glass vacuum reactor is designed with a double-layer structure. The inner layer can hold the reaction solvent for stirring and reaction, while the jacket can be connected to different cold or heat sources (such as cooling liquid, hot water, or hot oil) for circulating heating or cooling reactions. Under the set constant temperature conditions, in the sealed glass reactor, stirring reactions can be carried out under normal pressure or negative pressure according to the requirements. It can also be used for the reflux and distillation of reaction solutions. It is the ideal pilot and production equipment for modern fine chemical plants, biopharmaceuticals, and new material synthesis.
Frequency conversion speed regulation and AC induction motor. The speed is constant, with no brushes or sparks, ensuring safe and stable operation that can work continuously. The complete set of glassware is made from GG17 high borosilicate glass, which has excellent chemical and physical properties. The glass jacket interface can be connected to hot oil for heating reactions, to cooling liquid for low-temperature reactions, or to tap water to quickly remove reaction heat at room temperature. The lower discharge port is equipped with a flange and a PTFE valve, ensuring no dead corners inside the container, and is detachable for easy discharge of solid materials. The four-port reactor cover features a large opening for easy cleaning, and standard port inserts allow for the assembly of reflux, distillation, and synthesis devices.
