Product Performance of Reverse Osmosis Reducing Agent PO-400
During the pretreatment of raw water, chlorine-containing oxidizing bactericides need to be dosed to inhibit the growth of microorganisms. However, the residual chlorine from oxidizing bactericides will oxidize reverse osmosis membrane elements and shorten the service life of the membranes. The active ingredients in this product can quickly decompose residual chlorine and protect the membranes from oxidation. It is used to remove residual chlorine and combined chlorine in the feed water of the membrane feed water system.
Usage Instructions of Reverse Osmosis Reducing Agent PO-400
The dosage depends on the amount of residual chlorine. Generally, 2 ppm of the agent is required to remove 1 ppm of residual chlorine. Dilute the agent with RO product water or demineralized water, with a maximum dilution concentration of 20%. The diluted solution must be used up within one week to prevent the product from being oxidized and becoming ineffective. It is strictly forbidden for insufficient dosage or interruption of dosing caused by metering pump failure.
Packaging, Storage, Transportation and Precautions
