The main function of the refrigerated compressed air dryer is to remove the moisture contained in the compressed air. The refrigerant in the heat exchanger (evaporator) reduces the temperature of the compressed air to the dew point temperature of 2℃ - 10℃, causing the moisture or water droplets in the compressed air to condense. The water droplets are then separated from the air by a separator and drained out of the system through an automatic drain valve, completing the drying process. Under normal conditions, the moisture content in the dried compressed air is approximately 0.59g/m³, and the drainage rate can reach 93%. Users can select the appropriate model according to their actual needs or add additional filters.
