- Label Pressing Mechanism: Silicone plate + Teflon cloth combination
- Bottle Guiding Mechanism: Profile guide rail with two-coordinate adjustment
2. Equipment Safety Protection Section
- Label Lack Alarm: Triggers an alarm when the label is about to run out to remind the operator to prepare for label replacement.
- Missing Labeling Alarm: Facilitates the control of labeling quality.
- Air Pressure Detection: Stops the equipment for protection when the air pressure fails to meet the equipment production requirements, preventing the generation of defective products.
- Temperature Detection: Stops the equipment for protection when the temperature of the hot melt adhesive fails to meet the equipment production requirements, preventing the generation of defective products.
- Label Joint Detection: Automatically stops the equipment for protection when a label joint is detected.
