The support is made of 304 stainless steel with 3MM thickness on the side, and can also be provided with special support only according to the cross-section drawing of the customer's conveying line.

Positioning device : (mechanical positioning only for label position requirements ) : the use of mechanical cam-type positioning, in accordance with the customer's bottle to take the corresponding curve positioning mode. The structure adopts fan tooth and cam groove. |
Base antiskid structure: base design with suitable convex concave stripes increase friction, avoid skidding bottles (specially for glass bottle),ensure labeling accuracy and stable,at same time avoiding to scratch bottle.Bottle feeding and stopping device:prevent bottle straight into screw and damage the screw

2.5. Packing material requirement

Label Requirements: In line with self-adhesive labeling machine high-speed operation of the backing paper, can not cut phenomenon, backing paper must be used with a certain tension backing paper or PET back paper; |

The horizontal dimension error of the bottle should ≤± 1.5 mm, the verticality error of the bottle should ≤± 1.5 mm, and the surface of the bottle should be flat,without water drops,keep dry or without dirty before it enters the labeling machine. |

The label position of the bottle body is plane, can not be uneven or spherical, so as to avoid sticking or wrinkle. |
4) |
The position of labeling should be ≥ 15MM from the bottom of the bottle body to avoid scratching or labeling. |



Top part support: two guiding columns and axial components are used to form the three vertices of the triangle

Feeding Buffer Mechanism: The buffer mechanism controlled by servo motor is adopted to reduce the bottle collision and the pressure of the screw, so that the bottle can enter the screw mechanism smoothly through the curved curve.
