3. Fermentation broth dilution: The minimum dilution factor can be specified, and the instrument automatically determines the optimal dilution factor. Actual dilution options include direct measurement without dilution, 2×, 5×, 10×, 20×, 50×, 100× and 250× dilutions.
4. Fermenter Interface: Option to connect 1 to 4 fermenters; supports indirect sampling, passive indirect sampling, microporous ceramic filter sampling and direct sampling.

6. Measurement Result Output Methods: 4–20 mA analogue signal, 485 interface text data, 485 interface dedicated data.
7. Online measurement control: Supports scheduled automatic measurement, measurement via 485 interface text commands, and measurement via external level control. For automatic scheduled measurement, the sampling cycle can be set; if the cycle is set too short and the instrument has not completed the previous measurement by the scheduled time, the next measurement will commence only after the previous one is finished. Both 485 interface text commands and external level control commands require the instrument’s busy status to be checked; input is only valid when the instrument is idle. Synchronised sampling is supported via the shared interface; in passive indirect sampling mode, measurement is initiated by the opening of the pre-sampling valve.
8. Feedback Control: Each fermenter has 1 or 2 feedback outputs (the unit features 4 feedback outputs; both single and dual fermenter configurations support 2 feedback outputs). The output cycle and output ratio can be set. The feedback source and feedback method can be configured. The feedback output method is via an electronic switch activation. When the feedback mode is set to PID control, the output ratio is automatically adjusted. When the feedback mode is set to quantitative feed output, the output time is automatically calculated.
9. PC Interface: 485 or wireless communication; text mode and dedicated mode are available; dedicated software is provided to enable PC control of the equipment and recording of test data.
10. Internal System Logging: Up to 32 fermentation records; each record can store up to 4096 data points.
11. Parameter settings and operational control of the analysis system can be performed via the online software. To prevent unauthorised personnel from accidentally operating the instrument, the analysis system is equipped with a built-in unlock password.
12. Equipped with a variety of built-in sensors and comprehensive fault alarm functions.
13. Following a power failure and subsequent restoration of power, the system resumes operation according to the previous settings.
