The SZS series oil, gas and water tube boilers use natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, biogas, coal gas, light oil and heavy oil as fuels. This series of boilers adopts a double-drum "D" type longitudinal arrangement and a full membrane wall structure. The layout is reasonable and compact, which can realize the overall quick installation of large-capacity boilers, with less investment in boiler room infrastructure and a short installation period.
The SZS series oil and gas boilers feature a D-type layout, with the furnace on the right and the convection tube bundle on the left. They are fixed to the chassis via movable supports in the middle and at both ends of the lower drum, ensuring overall boiler expansion towards both ends. The furnace is surrounded by membrane water-cooled walls. The membrane water-cooled wall on the left side of the furnace completely seals and separates the furnace from the convection tube bundle. The rear of the convection tube bundle area has a staggered structure, while the front has a parallel structure. The flue gas generated during combustion enters the combustion chamber and convection tube bundle area from the flue outlet at the rear of the furnace, then turns at the front left side of the boiler to enter the spiral finned tube economizer and condenser, finally exiting into the atmosphere through the flue.
Features:
Full-membrane water-cooled wall structure
Reliable boiler body sealing prevents flue gas leakage.
Safe water circulation
Composite water circulation structure with safe water velocity design for each heating surface and superior power outage protection.
30mg ultra-low NOx technology
Utilizing two core technologies—FGR flue gas recirculation and group combustion—NOx emissions are below 30mg.
Double-layer sealing and insulation design
Staggered double-layer ceramic fiber seal and double-layer 12cm aluminum silicate insulation provide excellent insulation performance, low heat loss, and energy savings of over 5%.
Wide Fuel Compatibility
Suitable for natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, town gas, biogas, light oil, heavy oil, etc., meeting the requirements for multi-fuel combustion.
High-Efficiency Heat Exchange Elements
Equipped with an economizer, condensation heat exchange is more complete, improving heat exchange efficiency and reducing flue gas temperature.
Low Operating Costs
Slight positive pressure operation, no induced draft fan, low power consumption, overload capacity, convenient maintenance, and significantly reduced costs.
Low Boiler Room Investment
The total weight of the boiler is only half that of a coal-fired boiler of the same capacity, reducing the foundation load and lowering boiler room costs.
