This automatic salt packaging machine works with back-sealed bags, supporting flat-cut back seals and serrated-edge back seals to cover most common pouch styles available on the market. For pre-made pouches, our premade-pouch salt packaging model is recommended as an alternative.
Product Introduction
This cup-type salt packaging machine is designed for automatic weighing and packing of fine powder & small granule products: edible salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, white granulated sugar, milk powder, rice flour, milk tea powder, starch, protein powder, seasonings and similar materials.
Working Flow
Operators manually feed salt into the vibrating hopper of Z-type bucket elevator; raw material is lifted to triangular storage hopper via the elevator, then falls into fixed-volume measuring cups for volume-based dosing. Pre-measured material drops into packaging film, followed by sealing, cutting and finished-product discharge to finish full packaging cycle.

Machine Configuration Description
Equipped with Z-type material elevator to realize full automatic production; operators only need to load raw salt into the vibrating feeding hopper. The measuring cups can be customized according to customers’ target net weight per bag. An extra gusset folding attachment is installed at horizontal sealing cutter to produce gusseted bottom pouches.
