The full pallets on each line were accumulated to one line through the shuttle car to be shrank or strapped or bound.

The pallets that have completed palletizing on each production line are collected by shuttle cars to the same conveyor line for subsequent packaging processes such as strapping, heat shrinkage, and winding.
The supply content includes cables and steel wires for shuttle light rail, power and signal transmission. The two end fixing brackets used for setting up steel wire ropes need to be fabricated on-site by the user.

Two workstations are connected in parallel, equipped with two 1.8-meter conveying rollers. Double-row (1 in the middle) and triple-row chain conveyors (2 on both sides), totaling 3.

 The shuttle car would move on the rail guide and the foundation should be built to the drawing supplied by SJ GLASS. The power and signal would be transmitted by wires. Wire-rope would be supported for electri cableway according to SJ GLASS drawing.
