Steam Heat Shrink Tunnel Machine

 

This process is completed by the steam heat shrink machine:

 

The water tank is connected to the product water pipeline, and the float-type electronic water level controller maintains the preset water level. The electric heater heats the water in the boiler. When the preset pressure is reached (2–4 atm), which takes about 10–20 minutes, the steam temperature reaches 140–170 °C, and the machine is ready for operation.

 

When the barrel passes under the steam diffusion hood, steam is sprayed downward to heat the neck of the barrel, completing the film heat shrinking.
