Equipment Features

• Synchronous transmission mechanism: A single drive belt drives six sets of label feeding shafts. The drive belt can be replaced within 5 minutes, which is much easier to maintain and does not affect production compared with the traditional multi-layer connecting arm type (which takes more than 6 hours to replace).
• Unique cutter holder design: The cutter holder requires no replacement and no adjustment. Equipped with five cutters using high-quality ceramic blades, it is durable, provides smooth cutting, and leaves no burrs on the labels.
• Modular design: The main machine adopts multi-guide rail synchronous electric lifting to ensure stable lifting. All fine-tuning parts are equipped with precise fine-tuning scales for faster adjustment. The specifications can be changed within 10 minutes without any auxiliary tools.
• Single and double shrinkage chambers design: The material feeding tray is universal, and the label path is compact and reasonable, occupying small space with fast feeding speed. The moderate height facilitates label installation. The microcomputer automatically calculates, with no presetting or adjustment required. With just one press, the labels are automatically detected and positioned. Label changing is fast and labor-saving, and the cutting position is accurate.
• Microcomputer chip control with independent man-machine interface: Any abnormal conditions are displayed on the man-machine interface, and fault troubleshooting guidance is provided. It is easy to operate and allows operators to master the machine quickly.
• Servo-driven label feeding: The label feeding speed can reach 300 meters per minute.
• Dynamic synchronous tension control for label supply: The label supply response capability is 0-130 meters per minute. The label supply reel supports diameters up to 500mm and paper tube inner diameters of 6", 8", and 10", ensuring fast supply and high labeling and shooting accuracy.
• Steam shrink tunnel with hot air gun pre-shrinking: The heat shrink efficiency is greatly improved. It provides uniform and neat shrinkage for different and irregular bottle shapes such as round bottles, square bottles, and flat bottles.
