The TCX Series Compressed Air Adsorption Dryer (Adsorption Dryer) is a device that uses the characteristics of activated alumina or sodium molecular sieve to adsorb moisture and regenerate to dehumidify. It can be divided into heatless regeneration adsorption dryers, micro-heat regeneration adsorption dryers, and combination adsorption dryers according to the requirements of the air source. It can provide an ultra-dry air source with a dew point temperature of -30℃ to -70℃ and is mainly used in low dew point occasions where refrigerated dryers cannot reach.
Introduction to TCXW Heatless Regeneration Adsorption Dryer
The TCXW heatless regeneration compressed air dryer operates on the principle of pressure swing adsorption regeneration cycle. Compressed air alternately flows through two adsorption towers. When one tower is in a high partial pressure (working pressure) state, it adsorbs moisture, while the other tower has dry low-pressure gas from the regeneration gas pipeline passed through it to desorb the moisture from the adsorbent.
Features:
-
The working cycle can be arbitrarily set according to requirements.
-
The regeneration flow can be precisely controlled.
-
The control system is reliable, with strong resistance to drying and a long service life.
-
A large-capacity exhaust silencer minimizes noise.
-
A dew point monitoring and control system can be added according to requirements.
-
The dew point of the finished gas can reach -30℃ to -50℃.
