This line realizes digital precise blending of up to six types of raw materials, supports highly automatic operation and accurate packaging. Equipped with a single-point dust removal system, it drastically reduces workshop dust concentration and improves environmental performance. I. Production Line Features
- The blending module adopts elaborately designed central control system together with weighing and conveying components, enabling digital precise blending of up to six raw materials at preset flow rates.
- The innovative horizontal spreading & cross-cut blending technology supports fully automatic high-efficiency blending and accurate packaging, with a daily output of 20 tons.
- Independent single-point dust removal is installed on each individual machine unit, which effectively cuts down dust inside the workshop and delivers outstanding environmental protection effects.
