and make it aseptic state, then cool down to room temp filling. For acid liquid product (pH <4.2) sterilization temp reduce to 95-115'℃ and hold 15-120sec.3 Sterile systems must be pre-sterilized in advance (130(, hold 30min), to ensure the system is sterileand aseptic. Once the temperature is below the minimum setup range, the sterile environment iscontaminated,it should be sterilized again.
