ULP440-MAX and LP440-MAX membrane elements can increase permeate flow by 15% and 20% respectively, while maintaining the required rejection rate. PURO-I membrane elements are more pollution-resistant and more resilient to a wide range of chemical cleaning thans to its improved cross-link strength of Polyamide desalination layer.

ULP series (ultra low pressure) aromatic polyamide RO element is developed by VONTRON for treatment of surface water and underground water. Its operation pressure is about 2/3 of low pressure membrane, and the rejection rate can reach 99.5%. Thus it can reduce the investment cost of related pumps, pipelines, containers and other equipments and the operation cost of RO system, improve economic benefits.
