The V8000 Series is a globe linear-travel control valve designed for steam and industrial fluid automation. It precisely regulates pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level by varying the throttle area between its plug and seat. This series supports both pneumatic film and electric actuators. It features a nominal bore from DN15 to DN500, pressure classes ranging from PN16 to PN420 / Class150 to Class2500, and an operating temperature range of -45°C to 588°C. Key attributes include high pressure-differential stability, durable high-temperature sealing, high adjustment accuracy (with a dead zone less than 0.6%), long packing service life, and fast field maintenance.
