Material: internal stainless steel 304 food-grade material

Heating: Upper and lower thermal radiation heating with adjustable temperature for each layer, each layer has two timers.

Pass through structure : can be operated from both front and back sides

 Capacity : Each layer can be suit for GN1/1 tray. The height of bottom space is 110mm and the height of top space is 70mm.

PID temperature control: 2.3 inch LCD display, PID control heating for the upper and lower heating of each layer.

IOT function is optional: Temperature controller with 485 communication interface can add IOT monitoring to read the temperature of each layer and set the high and low temperature alarm value and heating timeout alarm.
