Adopts the technology of direct connection between the air conveying channel and the bottle feeding, eliminating the bottle feeding screw and conveying chain, making bottle shape change simple and easy. After the bottles enter the machine through the air conveying channel, they are directly sent to the bottle washer for rinsing by the bottle feeding steel (neck clamping method).
Sterile water bottle flushing
After entering the main machine, the bottles enter the bottle washer through the transmission star wheel. The bottle clamp clamps the bottle and flips 180° upward along the bottle mouth flushing guide rail, making the bottle mouth downward. bottle flushing clamps spray sterile water to rinse the inner wall of the bottles. After being rinsed and drained, the bottles are flipped 180° downward along the guide rail under the clamping of the bottle clamps, making the bottle mouth upward. The cleaned bottles are led out from the bottle washer through the transition steel dial (pure water bottle flushing) and conveyed to the next process - filling.
Filling
During filling, the bottles are lifted by cylinders, running at high speed stably and reliably. Compressed air is connected to the lifting cylinder through the air intake distributor. During operation, compressed air is injected into the cylinder A cavity through the air injection pipe, making the cylinder rise upward. After the bottle mouth rises, the filling valve is pushed open to start filling. the pull-down cam, and at this time, the gas in the B cavity is discharged through the exhaust screw.
Capping
After filling, the bottles enter the capping machine through the transmission star wheel. The anti-rotation knife on the capping machine clamps the neck of the bottle, and together with the outer neck guard plate of the capping machine, keeps the bottle upright and prevents rotation. The capping head revolves and rotates under the drive of the main shaft of the capping machine, and realizes the actions of cap grabbing, cap sleeping, cap screwing and cap removing under the action of the cam to complete the entire capping process.
