The high-speed noodle press produced by our company adopts a two-stage speed system (belt and chain), featuring a compact structure and easy operation. The hopper, receiving plate, and shell are made of stainless steel material, which is clean, hygienic, safe, and durable. It is suitable for making bread and pastries in hotels, bakeries, and pastry factories. By repeatedly pressing the kneaded dough and gluten, the toughness of the dough and gluten can be enhanced.
Users can adjust the roller gap as needed: by turning the handwheel on the operation handle (on the right side of the machine), both ends of the rollers can move forward and backward simultaneously. This allows stepless adjustment of the roller gap within the range of 0.8–18mm, with equal axial gap—thus ensuring uniform thickness of the pressed dough. It is one of the ideal equipment for noodle processing.
