The cutting blades are made of high-quality materials with special heat treatment technology and unique wire cutting processing technology. They feature high hardness, wear resistance and excellent sharpness.
- The verticality between the cutting blade and the rotary pan is excellent, ensuring no air is entrained into the material during the chopping process. The rotary pan is made of cast stainless steel with an anti-overflow edge, which effectively prevents material seepage and overflow during cutting.
- The gap between the blade tip and the pan bottom is 1.5-2mm, and this gap remains unchanged even after use and re-sharpening, greatly extending the service life of the blades.
- All models above 80-type are equipped with an automatic discharge device for easy operation and clean discharging. The angle of the discharge baffle is adjustable, making it suitable for meat emulsions of different viscosities.
- The electrical control box is installed separately with excellent sealing performance, featuring waterproof, moisture-proof, shockproof and stable operation.
- Equipped with a safety protection switch: when the machine is running, opening the rear cover of the pan will automatically cut off the power supply. The built-in protection switch extends its service life.
- All countertops are designed with a slope to prevent water accumulation.
- The operation part adopts a humanized design for easy operation.
